What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end growth: paid acquisition, SEO, content, partnerships, PR
  • Run weekly experiments with a real budget and read the data with us
  • Be the public face on Twitter, LinkedIn, podcasts — build the brand

What we're looking for
  • Personally took a B2C or SMB-SaaS product past $100k MRR before

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We run a deep technical stack: a custom in-browser Node.js runtime, an AI agent system, Firecracker microVM hosting (Sky Compute), 10-language UI. We need an engineer who thrives in this kind of depth and can ship across the stack without supervision.

What you'll do
  • Ship across the stack: TypeScript backend, Vue frontend, infra integration
  • Own large surfaces of the app — agent system, project editor, billing flows
  • Make architectural decisions with the CEO and other senior engineers
  • Help shape engineering culture and review standards as the team grows
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years shipping production software, 3+ in TypeScript / Node
  • Comfortable with: Vue or React, PostgreSQL, distributed systems
  • Bias toward shipping; have run real growth experiments in code
  • Read others' code generously, write your own tightly
Platform

Infrastructure / SRE Engineer

Sky Compute (our Firecracker-based microVM hosting platform) is shipping to public beta. As the platform grows we need a dedicated operator: bare-metal management, distributed networking, observability, security hardening.

What you'll do
  • Operate the bare-metal fleet (Hetzner) and the Sky Compute control plane
  • Own SLOs, on-call rotation, capacity planning, cost economics
  • Harden the network and security boundary as the platform scales
  • Contribute to SOC 2 preparation and ongoing compliance work
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years SRE / DevOps experience including bare-metal or microVM work
  • Deep with: Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, observability stacks
  • Comfortable with networking internals (BGP, nftables, WireGuard)
  • Calm under incidents; clear post-mortem writer
Customer

Customer Success Lead

Our paying customers are SMB owners, side-hustlers, and SaaS founders — non-technical people building real businesses. We need someone who genuinely cares about helping them succeed, beyond just answering tickets.

What you'll do
  • Own the customer experience post-signup: onboarding, education, retention
  • Triage and resolve support conversations (Crisp) with empathy and speed
  • Build self-serve resources: tutorials, templates, walkthroughs
  • Feed product-quality signal back to engineering weekly
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in customer success or technical support at a B2B SaaS
  • Native or near-native English; bonus: any second language
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Self-directed and async — you don't wait for tickets to find work
